Do you offer refunds?

At this time, we do not offer refunds. However, we do allow exchanges for items that do not fit well or were damaged during shipping. Please review our Refund Policy for more information

What is the timeframe for exchanges?

Customers must initiate an exchange within 5 days of delivery. Exchanges are limited to once per order.

What are the conditions for exchanging items?

Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as they were sent. The cost to ship the item(s) back to us shall be borne by the customer. Please review our Refund Policy for more information.

We highly recommend checking our Size Chart before placing your order. Each product is designed with unique fits and cuts, so referring to the chart ensures the best fit for you. How can I track my order?

You will receive an email from us with tracking information and estimated delivery date.

Are there extra charges when I order internationally?

When ordering internationally, you may be subject to additional import duties and taxes. All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer.
