Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. We understand that sometimes items may not fit perfectly. Therefore, we offer exchanges for items that do not fit correctly.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Customers have 5 days from the delivery date to initiate an exchange request.
  • Exchanges are subject to the product being in good condition with no signs of wear, and all original tags must be attached.
  • Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, we will not move forward with the exchange query.
  • You can exchange the product(s), purchased from us provided the product(s) satisfy below mandatory conditions:
  • The product has not been worn, cleaned or tampered with by you.
  • The brand tags, original packaging material, accompanying accessories are intact and not altered, damaged or discarded by you.
  • The product is not altered, unless proven vendor defect.
  • Return is being initiated against the order under which it was bought and the product matches our records.
  • There is no foul odor, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears or damage on the product.
  • Products returned should be in unused, undamaged, unwashed and in a saleable condition.
  • We are satisfied that the product has not been rendered defective or unusable.

Exchanging an Item

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order at orders@aandt.store to request an exchange.
  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange.
  3. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send back the item.

Important Notes

  • We do not offer refunds or returns.
  • In case of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to send the item back to us.
  • Exchanged items must be the same as the items purchased.
  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

If an exchange in size cannot be fulfilled due to availability of stock, you will be issued a gift card in the same amount which can be availed on your next online purchase.
